Another Winfield Developers Bayfront Masterpiece! Nestled along prestigious Heron Drive, one of Avalon’s most exclusive waterfront streets, 19 Heron Drive is a hidden jewel offering breathtaking views of the lagoon and the bay. With architectural design by Asher Slaunwhite + Partners and interior decorator Ford Design Studio, this extraordinary custom residence showcases bespoke millwork, tailored finishes, custom lighting, vaulted ceilings, magnificent architectural shapes and curves, and carefully proportioned spaces designed for both elegant entertaining and relaxed coastal living. Perhaps most impressive is the property’s rare 75 +/- feet of waterfront frontage. A brand-new bulkhead, two deep-water boat slips, dock access lighting, and excellent boating and docking water, including at low tide, create an exceptional waterfront package. The protected lagoon setting provides desirable shelter while offering convenient access to Avalon’s surrounding waterways. Enter through the covered porch and immediately experience gorgeous bay views framed by expansive walls of glass. The waterfront family room features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening directly to the outdoor living areas. The second-floor porch is equipped with automated screens, power hurricane shutters, and heaters, extending the indoor-outdoor living season. The home’s exceptional orientation captures beautiful natural light throughout the day and offers direct, unobstructed sunrise and sunset views over the water, creating spectacular waterfront vistas from morning through evening. At the heart of the home is a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen featuring a Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Sub-Zero wine refrigerator, refrigeration drawers, Wolf steam oven, dishwasher, Miele coffee station, warming drawer, and Hargest custom cabinetry. The family room includes a beverage center with an ice machine and a dedicated wine bar. A gourmet butler’s pantry features a Wolf speed oven, second dishwasher, and additional warming drawer, while the second-floor deck offers a built-in outdoor grill. The residence offers six bedrooms, including three ensuite bedrooms, five full baths, and two powder rooms. The luxurious primary suite enjoys direct waterfront views and features an immense spa-inspired bath with a soaking tub and a spectacular private deck overlooking the lagoon. A third-story roof deck provides another exceptional vantage point with sweeping views across the Fingers and surrounding waterways, an incredible setting to take in the home’s direct sunrise and sunset views. Outside, resort-style living takes center stage with expansive waterfront decking, sandblasted marble patio, a heated in-ground pool and spa, a spacious yard, and a beautifully designed detached cabana. The custom patio incorporates a specialized drainage system through the bulkhead, while professional landscaping and exterior lighting complete the waterfront setting. Additional features include elevator, custom cedar detailing, cedar-shake siding, a private elevator, three HVAC systems, three washer/dryer combinations, and abundant storage. Very few Avalon properties combine this level of waterfront frontage, protected boating water, deep-water dockage, fresh water available at the dock, color-changing underwater lighting, outdoor space, architectural distinction, and resort-style amenities. Unique and truly one of a kind, 19 Heron Drive represents one of the finest waterfront packages on the market, quintessential Avalon luxury and inspired living by the bay at its finest. Estimated completion: November 2026.

5499 Dune Drive elevates coastal living through striking modern architecture. Set within Avalon's legendary High Dunes, one of only eleven properties occupying the island's highest natural elevation, the residence pairs bold contemporary design with one of the rarest settings on the eastern seaboard. Designed by acclaimed architect Mark Asher and meticulously crafted by JG Popper, the residence embraces a distinctly modernistic aesthetic, with clean lines, soaring expanses of glass, and a carefully curated palette of natural materials shaping spaces that celebrate light, views, and the surrounding landscape. Every line serves a purpose. Every space is composed to capture the dynamic natural glow from sunrise over the Atlantic to sunsets across the back bays. The materials are as carefully considered as the design itself. Custom Arcadia aluminum window and door systems frame uninterrupted views from ocean to bay while dissolving the boundary between indoors and out. Shou Sugi Ban cypress, weathered Alaskan yellow cedar, premium Ipe hardwood, bluestone, walnut, and Caesarstone were selected not only for their warmth and texture, but for their natural beauty and resilience in the coastal environment. The result is a home that feels equally refined and enduring. That same commitment to thoughtful design extends beyond what is immediately visible. Advanced acoustic insulation, precision engineered building systems, whole home automation, and integrated lighting and shading work quietly in the background, creating a residence that is as effortless to live in as it is beautiful to experience. Life unfolds across four thoughtfully composed levels connected by an elevator. The dramatic main living level brings together the chef's kitchen, dining area, living spaces, and temperature-controlled wine room beneath soaring walls of glass that open to expansive terraces overlooking both ocean and bay. A private wellness level, pool and spa, and a full floor primary retreat complete a home designed equally for entertaining, restoration, and everyday living. In a setting defined by rarity, 5499 Dune Drive stands apart for something equally uncommon: a home conceived with an ambition befitting its extraordinary location.
