Newly Repriced! Rare Beachfront Condo Sale at Whitebrier Beach Club – Avalon Uniquely situated in the building and now offered for sale, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath, second-floor condominium at Whitebrier Beach Club presents a special opportunity to own a piece of beachfront Avalon. Ideally positioned at the beach end of the building, this condo enjoys beautiful Atlantic Ocean views along with a clear view of the pool. Rebuilt in 1972, this condominium building was a hotel conversion and has been lovingly enjoyed as a family vacation home since their parents purchased it during the condo conversion in 1981. Over the years, the home has received numerous updates and improvements, including an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, new icemaker in 2026, an updated hall bath, two newer in-wall HVAC units, and a newer hot water heater, as well as all new carpet being laid throughout the condo in 2025. One of the standout features is the spacious double outdoor deck, offering plenty of room for outdoor dining, entertaining, or simply relaxing and enjoying the sights and sounds of the shore. With direct beach access and boardwalk just steps from the building, you can leave the condo and be on the sand or walking on the boardwalk in moments, enjoying all that makes Avalon such a sought-after coastal destination. The professionally managed Whitebrier Beach Club is impeccably maintained inside and out and offers an elevator and an “owners only” social room as well as a common outside patio area with tables, chair and access to a grill, for the convenience and enjoyment of its residents. Residents also have access to locked storage cages for bikes, beach chairs, and other personal belongings. An additional bike storage area is available on the ground floor, making it easy to hop on your bike and head into town for breakfast, coffee, shopping, or a leisurely ride. The condominium is being sold AS IS, with all furnishings included, providing the new owner with the opportunity to enjoy it immediately or personalize it to suit their own taste. Any inspections conducted by the buyer will be for informational purposes only. A full beach replenishment has been completed in Avalon! The beach looks better than it has looked all summer! Come check it out! Rental restrictions apply. New owners are subject to a two-year waiting period before rentals are permitted. Once the waiting period has been satisfied, rentals are restricted to a minimum one-month term. If leased to family members, the minimum leased period is two weeks. Buyers should review the Rental Rules & Regulations attached to the listing for complete details. Opportunities to purchase in Whitebrier Beach Club are rarely available! If you've been waiting for a beachfront Avalon property offering ocean views, pool views, a spacious outdoor deck, direct beach and boardwalk access, and a well-maintained, professionally managed building, this exceptional coastal retreat deserves your attention.
